Affiliate earnings¶
If you refer clients to BaseCloud as an affiliate, you earn a share of what those clients pay us every month. Your affiliate portal is on the page you see after you sign in, next to your accounts. Click Earnings to see your money.
Who can see earnings¶
Only people with BC Account Access in your affiliate account can open Earnings. Everyone else in your account still sees your referral link, clicks and referrals, but no amounts. The login screen never shows amounts.
On the Earnings page, amounts start hidden in case someone is looking at your screen. Click Show amounts to see them. BaseCloud remembers your choice on that device.
What you see¶

Earnings by month lists what you earned each month, by the month your client paid. Click a month to see each client. A minus amount is a refund or a correction. An adjustment we made shows with our reason.
Payouts lists what we've sent you and which months each payout covered, for example For Jul to Sep 2026 earnings. A payout covers your oldest earnings first.
What earns commission¶
You earn on your clients' monthly fees, once they have paid. Usage such as call minutes, SMS and storage, once-off charges and ad budget don't earn commission. All amounts are in US dollars.
Get paid by PayPal¶
At the bottom of the Earnings page, click Connect PayPal and enter the email address of your PayPal account. Payouts sent by PayPal go there. To stop, click Disconnect.
If something looks wrong, contact your BaseCloud success manager. The Book button at the top of the page books a meeting.
